Materials and colors (and exteriors) are pure Engadine, however you can transfer the interiors into a London building and it would keep being a boutique niche hotel. Restaurant menu sophisticated, never trivial and surprising on the simpler dishes. You would expect a superb meet in a Swiss burger, but not the super quality of the homemade bread going into the burger. Well done.”
