Children and extra beds

- All children are welcome.
- All children under 16 years are charged CHF 75 per night for extra beds.
- All children under 2 years are charged CHF 35 per night for children's cots/cribs.
- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- All further older children or adults are charged CHF 100 per night for extra beds.

Important Notice
- Please note that the arrival procedure depends on the season. Guests will be contacted directly by e-mail (or by phone for last-minute bookings) to fill in the arrival form. You can either arrive on foot, by bicycle or on skis at any time and drop your luggage at a previously defined location. Alternatively, you can use the cable car (at an extra cost) ot use the hotel's shuttle service (between 18:00 and 22:00).

“Loved the design of the property. The spectacular views from our bedroom and the public spaces. We really liked the green ethos of the hotel and way it tried to minimise its impact on the environment. Stunningly situated rooftop pool - ideal for drinking in the surrounding mountains. Staff were very helpful and attentive to my diabetic and coeliac needs - baking homemade gluten free bread especially. Delicious breakfast with lots of great wholesome options. ”

“Chetzeron is an amazing design hotel located on top of a mountain at approx. 2000 m elevation in the middle of the Crans-Montana Ski resort. The view is spectacular and the facilities are great (sauna, steam bath & rooftop pool). the rooms are spacious and nicely designed, giving you a cozy / warm feeling (lots of wood, etc.) but still a very modern vibe. The staff is very welcoming and extremely service oriented. They will go out of their way to make guest feel at home. A breakfast buffet with lots of variety and locally sourced products is included in the daily rate and is a great start into the day. While there are many options of other restaurants down in the village, the restaurant at Chetzeron is so good that we ended up eating there most of the time. This place is definitely worth the trip!”
“The facilities were stunning! Absolutely gorgeous! Each room has oversized windows with views of snow capped mountains! Food was great even for my picky 9 year old. I was worried about breakfast but they always had grease pastries and could make eggs, pancakes and bacon to order!”
