“The staff, especially Ellie and Mia, were super helpful and friendly. This was the first stop on our tour of 5 countries and first time in Asia. Our stay at Cityinn really made us feel comfortable and set a great tone for the whole trip!”

The lady and guy who checked us in was very accommodating and have expressed concern towards us as our flight was past midnight. Offered to provide us noodles as we have arrived in the hotel around 3AM and the lady even sent us off at tha taxi when it was our time to head off to airport. Another lady "Ellies was extremely very helpful and very accommodating in all our needs and inquiries. Over all this hotel provide a 5star feels at the same time it indeed feel like your just home since everyone were so warm, friendly and helpful.”

“Very friendly, attentive staff. Staff speaks English well! :) Very, very clean. Small room but comfortable bed, great shower. Lots of little extras in the room like snacks, bottled water (free), brush/comb, razor, toothbrush, shampoo, lotion (all free). A little overpriced at $80 per night in my opinion but this probably because City Inn advertises ALOT. MOST IMPORTANT: Excellent air-conditioning!”
“Great service! The location is extremely convenient, and my room didn't feel cramped. The bed and bathrooms are nice. The downstairs lobby has free tea, coffee, water, and wash. I would definitely look to book again if I am staying in the area.”
“Very close to Taipei station where you can catch an inexpensive bus to the airport. Room was very clean. Staff was super friendly and offered recommendations for a great Taiwanese breakfast spot. Free coffee and tea in the lobby was a good bonus.”

“We love that it is a walking distance to the Taipei Main station and Zhongshan Station. Across the hotel is KFC, McDonald's, 7-11 and a number of Taiwanese Breakfast place. Hotel rooms are clean and quaint. The bed is comfortable, bathroom amenities complete. We love the supply of freshly brewed coffee, milk, tea, water in the pantry all day long. The hotel staffs are courteous, helpful, caring and thoughtful. Highly recommended place to stay.”
