“We had a great stay at Clarion Hotel Bilan. We just stayed for one night as Karlstad was just a place to stay overnight during our road trip. The city has not much to say but it was nice walking around. The hotel was clean with a great bufeet for breakfast and dinner. The hotel used to be a prison in the past and they have a museum in the basement . Interesting!”

“I didn't know what to think about the dinner included in the room rate however the dinner was delicious and served in a large comfortable dining room. The hotel is a well run medium to large sized facility. The parking was on site for a fee or next door in a public car park with a voucher provided by the hotel free of charge. There was also tea and coffee on offer with a treat of cake in another lunch lounge area help yourself style.”
“I didn't live in the "jail" because booked superior double room and was settled in new one-story building on the hotel territory. It was comfortable with all conveniences and good wi-fi. Had nice meals in the hotel and good sleep in good bed, thank you!”
