“Amazing location, right on Lake Superior! Near hiking trails. Breakfast is more than an ordinary continental. Cinnamon rolls this am. Eggs both days.”

“The booking.com website apparently switched the requested dates of my stay along the reservation process so I wound up reserving a room for the wrong day. I called the motel directly and even though the terms on bookong.com said no changes and no refund were available after booking, the owner of the motel changed my reservation immediately for me after I explained what happened. (This is where the booking.com site should be resolved to be sure to carry the requested date from start to finish without changing it back to the default setting between pages even if the user goes back a page during the process). After changing the requested night'sThe stay for me, the owner of the motel even sent an Outlook calender reminder for the updated night so I knew for are that it had been resolved. Absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful service started on the phone with this issue and carried through until we checked out. I wouldn't change a thing!”
