“Loved, loved, loved the location, we overlooked 5th avenue, St Patricks church and Rockefeller ice rink. We were delighted. The staff were particularly helpful, courteous and efficient. Ringing the Liberty helicopter service and a taxi when we were let down at the last minute by another company I booked. The bed was very comfy. We struggled a bit with getting the room temperature right but managed ok. The staff brought extra creamer and coffee when necessary in a timely fashion and when we'd requested extra pillows they arrived quickly too. Also previous hotels I have stayed in have had bigger lobbies but smaller bedrooms...ours was a great size for us for 5nights...I would prefer to compromise on the smaller lobby particularly as the mezzanine was useful and the dining room/bar was available! Thankyou we shall recommend you and return...”
