“The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. When I arrived, the staff person at the front desk told me that she could have given me a discount if I had booked with the hotel directly. Not sure how accurate that is, given that when I checked the hotel's website it didn't even list the suite that I booked through booking.com as being available. A bit disappointing. But there was nothing wrong with the hotel itself.”

“This was our second time here. We really like this place because it is somewhat different than your regular Grand Forks Hotel. Breakfast is nice and there was a nice manager's surprise in the early evening. Chicken wings and nachos.We always liked the atrium with it's waterfall and koi. This time we had our 1 year old grandson with us and we enjoyed the kiddie pool very much. Will definitely return. The only thing I would say is that the booking .com rooms were NOT courtyard rooms. I would have liked to have been notified of this at the time of booking. Will book directly with the hotel next time and negotiate a comparable price to booking.com's.”
