“This was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a long time! We traveled from the US for my brothers wedding, and this was our first stop. The front desk was well spoken in English, very friendly, and helpful with local Munich recommendations. The hotel was trendy, clean, and offered a well stocked/yummy breakfast. The rainfall shower provided a total spa experience, and the bed was extremely comfortable! I would’ve been pleased staying there our entire trip. I even left some articles in my room upon checking out, and they offered to send them free of charge! Thank you Cocoon Stachus for an amazing stay! We travel a lot and will hopefully have the opportunity to return!”

“The staff were friendly and helpful and if you forget to take the do not disturb sign off your door, they leave a bag with new towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc. easy to get from the train to the hotel (less than 10 Minute walk) and an easy walk to Marienplatz.”
