They didn't have it, but when they couldn't reach a restaurant where we thought we might have left it, they went to the restaurant themselves and found it. Truly above and beyond.”

“The room was really nice and modern, with access to a garden area. Comfortable beds with great sheets and towels. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams and other good food. The location was perfect, near the lake and downtown, but just far enough to be really quiet. Best of all was the staff. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, getting up to fix us an early breakfast before a big day of trekking, arranging for a laundry service, and dealing with the airlines for us when our reservations were messed up.”
