“The television didn't have a remote. I couldn't turn the television on. I rang reception and was put through to a messaging service. Finally I walked to reception, they gave me a remote from another room and the TV still didn't work. I gave up and used my iPad and my internet to watch TV. The bathroom was not cleaned property. There was a smear down the toilet bowl, there were mens shavings in the basin. The shower door did not shut. The room was noisy, I could hear people in the rooms beside me and above me. The shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. I asked for a discount because of no TV and no-one has contacted me about this. I would not recommend this accommodation. I would pay a little more for better service and facilities.”
