“When I drove up to the hotel it looked abandoned. The parking lot was empty and not kept up. There appeared to be some kind of renovations going on as there was construction items in the front area. It looked like it was run down. I asked to view the suites because I needed to know what it looked like and how much space I needed since I was bringing my daughters luggage (lots) and other equipment for college. The place needs some serious upkeep to be done. I was very uncomfortable as I approached the building. I found out I was at the incorrect hotel as I thought I was as Comfort Inn & Suites. As I was looking for a Suite with a little more amenities that I am accustomed too. What I liked was it was close to the college but I sacrificed going to the actual Comfort Inn & Suites I was use to. The price was great but it seemed low.”

“Right off 95. Great value for the money. Front desk staffed 24 hours and very friendly. Slightly outdated hotel but my main priority is cleanliness, which they delivered. There is a breakfast which the Front desk said had waffles and sausage however it ended at 930 and I didn't get up early enough to check it out. If I happen to be in the area again I would stay again.”
