“There was an extreme musty smell in the first room they tried and in the second room, cleanliness was at a bare minimum acceptable level for the price point of this hotel. In the second room they put me in the bathtub didn't drain very well resulting in me standing in 4 inches of water throughout my shower I told them they never fixed it over at four night stay. I mentioned these issues and requested my bill be adjusted for that and for the fact that I was charged more than the quoted rate that I'm supposed to include tax they failed to return my call or the regional they kept saying you have to wait for the manager to call me back.”
