We had some concerns about handicap accessibility. Elizabeth went above and beyond taking care of everything. When we arrived she was on duty made check-in a breeze. She made our trip very pleasant . Always taking time to ask how we were doing or was there anything we needed.If it sounds like I'm going overboard about Elizabeth. Here's why. “The bed was hard. The handicapped bath and stool has BLACK mold on them and the floor around the shower”
