“We stayed because of the name. We had stayed st CS before. This property was horrible. The pool was closed most of the trip and the hot tub was a COLD tub. They did NOT keep up the property or CS standards. The phone in the room didn't work. We called from our cell phones and waited at the front desk for a very long time for someone to come and help us. No one was around every time we came down”
