- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- All children under 16 years are charged EUR 12 per night for extra beds.
- All further older children or adults are charged EUR 12 per night for extra beds.
- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
- All children are welcome.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7 per night for children's cots/cribs.

- Please note:<br><br>Room rates between 23 and 26 December 2016 include breakfast, a traditional welcome, the arrival of Santa Claus, carols and a traditional lunch on 25 December.<br><br>Room rates between 29 December 2016 and 2 January 2017 include breakfast, dinner on 30 December, festive dinner on 31 December with artistic program and brunch on 1 January.<br><br>Guests sleeping in extra beds are charged separately (in addition to the extra bed rate).

The room is very cozy, the bed is amazing, you have a nice and pretty big terrace Where you can have the coffee or wonder to the stars. The bathroom is luxurious, you have the floor heated and everything is very clean. The stuff was very nice and the property it’s easy to find. I will definitly come back soon. Thank you!”

“The staff was very nice (wearing bavarian costumes) and paying attention to any request. Clean and spacious rooms (we were 4, had an apartment). Breakfast ok but very nice fact that restaurant has an interesting book library inside. Nice collection of books to "study" during coffee. Rooms were clean. Good acoustic isolation considering it is located on the main road.”
