- <Repair works of the first floor parking area><br>Between Mid-October - End of December<br>During this period, guests may experience loud noise and vibration. A crane will be used to carry in necessary equipment into the property.<br><br>Please note that on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In case the private parking is full, the staff may guide you to a nearby public parking space, if available.<br><br>Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box.<br><br>Adult rates apply to children 6 years and older.<br><br>Please note, due to construction at a nearby building from mid December 2016 until December 2017, some guest rooms may not have a scenic view.<br><br>A deposit via Square may be required to secure guest reservations. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via Square within the instructed date or guest reservations may be cancelled.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>
