“Great location, clean and comfortable hotel - stayed there 4 times in the last years and will gladly return”
“Great Staff, very friendly”
“Breakfast is excellent and on a window terrace with a beautiful view on the lake. Parking is also free and convenient.”
“Great location if arriving by train. Very welcoming reception staff. Room was a good size and good view. Room was clean. Had a good meal at the restaurant and enjoyed happy hour on the back terrace.”
“Hotel was beautifully appointed and well located near the train station. Breakfast was very good. Rooms was very nice and big.”
“Park around hotel, bar. The hotel is 5 minutes from the station and you can easily get all local attractions.”
“Good sized room with good noise insulation, although one could still hear cars and trains. Shower over the bath was a bit cumbersome as was the shower unit itself. Good breakfast options. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good as far as food went but very slow due to not enough staff attending tables. Would have benefitted from the inclusion of coffee machine or at the very least a jug. Not as convenient to the lake as Booking.com suggests although very convenient to the station. Ticino card was a welcome, and unsolicited bonus.”
“Very elegant hotel, even though the room where I stayed was a bit basic as compared with the rest of the hotel. Very nice and friendly staff, good location just next to the train station and close to the city center. I loved the restaurant, the bar, the reception area, the view from my balcony, and the garden.”
“Huge room on 4th floor. Very spacious and stylish, with a large balcony providing a superb view of the lake and mountains. Good breakfast - including hot options. Nice 'extras' that other hotels would charge for, such as robes, slippers, bottled water etc. Highly recommended.”
“The hotel is beautiful. Only downside was that there is no aircon in the room and it felt stuffy during the night. It was too cold though to open the window. Otherwise this place is perfect if you are traveling by train as it is virtually at the end of the station.”
