“Excellent service of the staff. One of them spent a full hour to help me to check in forum flight.This was so complicated due to the Chinese internet firewall.. The rooms were very good and clean with a lot of facilities. The breakfast was quite abundant and good. The locatie of the Copthorne hotel is very good: a shopping mal across the road with many otter shops The airport bus stops in front of the hotel”

“The hotel was very nice and centrally located. The staff at breakfast were extremely efficient cleaning the tables constantly and although few spoke English they went out of their way to ensure they could fulfil requests and replenish any extra items at breakfast. The doorman was really friendly and was more than happy to speak to my Didi taxi driver. The price was really reasonable and I would definitely stay here again.”
“For noisy for the inner decoration construction, I couldn't take a rest whole two days. Even I complained to staff, he just said no way to solve, it's president's choice to receive guests while decoration construction.”

“This is the first time we have stayed with Copthorne group but it won't be our last. The hotel is fantastic, great facilities - friendly staff - clean large rooms - great breakfast buffet - great location just minutes to the bay and the Fourth of May park precinct. It's a short walk to the closest Metro station with a new station being built just out front. This property offers excellent value for the price.”

“If you are looking for a modern, fancy, top-of-the-line hotel, Copthorne is definitely not it. However for the price I paid, I'd definitely consider this hotel if I ever visit Qingdao again. Very easy to get to anywhere. There will be a subway station right in front of the hotel soon. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and landmarks. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.”
