“loved hotel ,check in was fast and smooth and efficient. room bright and cheerful, it would have been nice to have a slightly larger bath room. Bed was comfortable with modern up to date facilities.There was a coffee house at entrance with cakes you could die for.The staff at door could not have been more helpful when we were leaving,putting bags in storrage and allowing time to sort our self out before taking plane home. Going that extra mile would certainly encourage me to go back again. p.s Enjoyed free phone in room.”
“Having a pillow menu was great the bed was fantastic. The staff were all exceptional could not do enough for you , adequate buffet breakfast catering for all tastes. Very comfortable and nice stay , loved having the complimentary Handy mobile phone to use and take everywhere could also make free unlimited calls to home Australia also to many other overseas countries if needed.Also complimentary hotel bus running frequently to different tourist areas eg Cinatown, Orchid Rd shopping this service was great. High rating for housekeeping, hotel areas and room spotless. Hotel is not luxurious and does not have the high end price tag either ,but warm and welcoming ticked all of our boxes”
