“1. the room was missed out and I have to settle for a lower class room with window that half blocked by adjacent pitched roof structure, 2. my friend was greeted by empty wine bottles, cigarette outside the balcony in his room that I have paid a premium rate with the Garden view in room 809. 3. breakfast was not even ready at 7 am when it stated 7am on 29 August. its finally get things moving at 7.20 am, by then we are leaving for business trip at 7.30am 4. the staff are mostly all school part-timers that are not sure of everything and anything. 5. last but not least, I was not waken up by the wake up call which they did not make the call on 31 August the day I need to check out and catch a train - Room 205. 6. All of the above are not exaggerated otherwise you guys could go after me or hotel can sue me for my comments !!!!”

“The design of the hotel was really nice and gives a relax environment. The staff were helpful and polite. The room we booked is more focused for couples. I went with my mother and we found it a bit too ackward to find the tub next to the bed, shower and toilet with acrylic glass (see through ish). I had to leave the room when she was showing (hahaha). The hotel is so good that it was fully booked even on non-high season. The room rate included breakfast which was spectacular. It had western and asian food.”
