“The WiFi didn’t work! One of the most important things nowadays. We were there for parents weekend at the University of Delaware. My husband still needed to work and he actually had to go to the hotel right next-door! Unacceptable especially since you jacked up the price for parents weekend! The sign outside desperately needs to be replaced.! Whoever is in charge should not be. The poor employees are very pleasant. Doing their best to work with a bad product! Would like a discount.”
