“There is no elevator. The lady that check this in was not friendly. When I made the reservation I asked to be on the first floor. When I made the reservation there were rooms available on the first floor. Most of all and the person that took this in leave her name is Ashley was not friendly. If you make a reservation here you need to call to make sure that you need a room on the first floor. You might not be able to walk up the stairs to get to the second floor.”
