It was a delight to have been placed in a very good room (upgraded) by Mr Sharma & Sandeep with a beautiful view, excellent hospitality, clean rooms, lip smacking Indian food in a-la-carte/buffet @ Mosaic, wonderful service staff (Neeraj in restaurant), great shuttle service to mall, valet/ safe car parking, right news paper delivered, comfortable beds, great surprise cake on anniversary eve....it just went perfect!! Thanks & Keep it up!!”
“Hotel Staff is excellent they will do anything to make you feel comfortable.i have been visiting mussorie from last 30years but never had such a out standing hospitality.They upgraded me to suite room as they didn’t had the room ready as I arrived at 9am.Food is awesome .I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone ”
