“Easy access, near highway without being too close for comfort. Nice staff and ok rooms.”
“Poor TV and cell reception,lobby computer gave no access to email, no in room directions for pool or nearby venues. Reference to "Boston" is irrelevant to Andover! Pool use delayed by private party, then non fresh towels brought to pool area. Bistro atmosphere does not qualify as a restaurant atmosphere. Staff attitude - "I've got a job". Portrayed no warmth, friendliness, welcoming to a Sent Marriott guest which reflects poorly on local manager.”
