“The staff at this hotel were exceptional. We had a very slight problem with the key card entry to the room not working one evening. The front desk sent someone right up, changed the batteries and everything was fine. The next day there was a note from the manager, Abby with a couple of vouchers for a free meal at the bistro and an apology for the inconvenience! Well handled and would most certainly recommend this hotel! People and attitude make all the difference”

This Courtyard is definitely the best we've ever stayed in--had all the necessary facilities--cooked breakfast NOT on paper plates, good coffee, etc; a bar for when one came back or after dinner; and great staff; good wi-fi--highly recommend.”
“The staff at this hotel were the best that we have ever encountered! We travel a lot and we could not have been more impressed! Wish I could remember all their names! From check in to check out they were fabulous! We were there for a graduation and they were so supportive of giving a late checkout so we get out of our "dress up" clothes and into our travel clothes. We were a family of twelve, grandparents, parents, siblings and we were all treated with nothing but the utmost courtesy. If this is the way you treat all your guests at all your hotels, you have a winning ticket!!!”
