“New facility with clean rooms. I liked that a staff person came over and turned off the tv near me while I was reading in the lounge area. It was very loud and apprently she noticed that I was the only person there and not watching the tv. The front desk staff were very polite, friendly and appropriate. I appreciated being allowed to check out late which worked well with our schedule.”
