“The staff was ultra personal and friendly, always extremely helpful. Also, the front desk(s) are designed separately which makes it more customer friendly. (I had not seen this design before.) It felt more "welcoming." I also loved the bedding and the fact that the linens were fluffy and plentiful. Additionally, the cleaning staff was never rude or imposing. Snacks and Starbucks in the lobby was a plus, also! *The night manager or staff provided us with the name of a restaurant that delivered. I felt totally spoiled! Excellent hotel and stay!”
