“The property is set on angle of 5 intersections. It's a bit hard to get your bearings initially. The staff at the hotel were VERY helpful with info on light rail stations (one VERY close) and directions in general. If you wish to explore the Mall of America, take the light rail which is fast,frequent and inexpensive. There is extensive street renovation going on in the heart of downtown, better to travel there by foot or other public method.”

“When I had a lot of things to try to get into our room a staff member was right there to offer assistance. She was busy cleaning but took the time to drop everything, when she noticed my struggles ,and came over to help. It was very much appreciated! My husband was given directions at the front desk of our AM destination with much courtesy. They even made him a Google map. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet! We never heard a thing. We will stay there again next year when we visit Mpls.”
