“The design of the hotel is very nice. Specially the lobby. During check-in the receptionists were very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were spacey, clean and nicely equipped. Doormen, even though they don't speak English were very friendly and would always greet us. One of the staff in the breakfast, I would say she is the supervisor, was very friendly and helpful, explaining the options available for breakfast and giving us a "tour" of the breakfast buffet. She was very welcoming all the times we went there in the morning.”
