“First of all I could not find the continental breakfast that we paid for so we didn’t get that. They overcharged us because when I called down and talk to somebody on the phone they told me an amount for the whole weekend when I got there and paid it was twice what they had told me on the phone that they took off my credit card and they only wound up taking off $100 still was not as cheap as what she told me on the phone so very disappointing.”
