“The customer service is beyond exceptional. Nothing shy of amazing! The two guys in the front desk (Sunday night @ 9:20 pm 10/08) already knew what I wanted and what my reservations were with just giving my name. The lobby is GORGEOUS! Everyone was so friendly, even the guests. Did I mention they exceeded our expectations with simply accomodating our very specific instructions? Yes! 2 rooms next to eachother with the view of the pool. How amazing is that especially when very busy! Things we (my family) liked: -Bed was firm, but not too hard. -Pillows felt feathered but weren't so they were the perfect fluff! -The pool was heated. -Rooms and bathroom were very clean and tidy. -The TV selection and HD! -Mouthwash was provided along with a few other toilettries which is a pretty cool touch. -No lines at checkin/checkout.”
