“The woman who checked me in after a long stressful day of traveling and cancelled flights was a pure delight and full of empathy....just what was needed at the time. Excellent customer service. She also quickly reminded me I had about 15 min before the cafe closed if I wanted anything. She gave me toiletries I was lacking, a a cold bottle of water and arranged a taxi for me in the morning. The cafe staff was responsive and nice...The hummus platter was delicious! I had a crappy day and your staff help to ease my frustration! Nice work to see customer service a priority.”
