“I can say that all the reviews you read for this hotel are spot on. The hotel needs to be remodeled. I only say this because I feel like, especially in your bigger touristy cities in Asia, when you stay in hotels rated like Crowne Plaza, with 4-5 stars and awards of excellence, you aren't going to find the old pale yellow cloth shower curtain anymore. With that said, as in other reviews, you can tell they are trying really hard to make the interior last as well and as long as possible. It is really clean (except for a dirty toilet situation I had, which was remedied right away) our room and the hotel overall were really clean. We were upgraded to a deluxe room when we got there, which was so kind, and, which I highly recommend! It's nice to have an option for using the steam room and sauna. The towels are super soft! The room service food was just ok, but the breakfast buffet was great! Loved the fact that you can order a take away cappuccino or latte in their restaurant, and don't have to walk down to a Starbucks. The staff are awesome and make the place... so kudos to who does the hiring!!!”

“It was late when we checked into the hotel and my mum really wanted tea. There was tea in the room. When I rang reception to see if we could have milk, they brought us a large cup full of milk straight away! Very lovely and accommodating!”
“This hotel is located on Wangfujing Street. A great spot to stay. The hotel is very nice with plenty of assistance at the desk if you need it. You can easily walk to a number of subway stations. It is also quite close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. We walked there a number of times without a problem. Wangfujing street itself is worth visiting with amazing markets at night.”
