“Cleanliness was not good enough. Breakfast tables although cleared had bit been cleaned. Staff seemed surly and disinterested. Breakfast was poor. No one explained the system or asked if I wanted tea or coffee etc. Wondered of training was an issue? Did not feel welcome. The twin bedded room only had single beds which meant the fitted bedside table unit between the beds was not within easy reach of the bed. Room was too dark with one of the lamps not working. One of the mugs had lipstick on it. How are these mugs cleaned? What cloths are used to clean them?”
