“Great location near higway and friendly, helpful staff and good price. Stayed in upper story suite with nice view, but missed having an elevator that exited to rear parking lot. Cleanliness of suite was average (bathroom, bedsides good; corners, carpet, windows so-so). Bed was very comfortable. In -house restaurant was convenient especially for late night/early morning dining, but food mediocre and not great value; might be better off serving bar food Would stay again if we got the suite for that good price.”
“The staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. The hotel's location is great, especially if you're planning on going downtown Cleveland. As someone on a limited budget, the price for the room was great and I definitely got more than my money's worth. Also, the Aura restaurant within the hotel was very nice and had great food (I recommend the coconut crusted shrimp). Would definitely stay there again!”
