Fruit and dessert were sent up to our room and a gift at check out. She handled the situation like a true professional. The ladies at the Business Center were very polite. April helped us with a print out that we needed done urgently. The staff is very young but they were all very helpful. At check out, Zoey did a great job. I want to thank you all for your hard work. We will definitely return.”

“Die Zimmer sind für chinesische Verhältnisse top ausgestattet, toll eingerichtet und gross. Es schläft sich sehr angenehm in den Betten. Das Frühstück ist lecker. In Fussnähe hat es ein Ausgehzentrum mit vielen leckeren Restaurants. Die Aussicht ist toll, wenn der Smog mal Pause macht. Die Züge, die beim durchfahren das Signalhorn betätigen müssen (weil sie danch eine Strasse passieren), haben uns nie gestört!”
