“The room was clean, quiet, and safe. There was a lovely pool on a patio two levels down. Perfect location for a one night stay before boarding a cruise ship. You can take a shuttle, or a taxi to the cruise port. All hotels in this area are pricey, because there is a great demand from cruise travelers. This hotel was in very nice condition. There is a CVS pharmacy, and places to eat in walking distance.”
“The staff seemed like they could care less about their jobs. They called my room 3 Times, hung up after 1 ring. Later they gave my room to someone else who just walked right into the room with his wife. Then the phone rang again, 1 time, hung up. When I called the front desk, they said it was them because they wanted to apologize for giving my room to someone else. Bed is hard as a rock, room is small, parking is terrible. Staff is rude. I highly recommend somewhere else to stay!!!”
