“we booked here because it was close to the Bruno Mars concert venue...could see from our room so about 4 blocks away. room was pretty nice, clean, and despite the L O N G check in lines due to the concert, the staff moved us thru pretty quickly. Starbucks delivered complimentary tasters and we actually bought coffee to help pass the wait time. Room could use a second chair/ottoman for those of us who like to relax before dinner/concert. Bathroom was very small but clean and well stocked - wish ADA remodels would be more important to hotels these days...as us Baby Boomers grow older we also like the walk in showers over tub/shower combos...but at least put grab bars in appropriate places to help those who may be a bit unsteady (not us but many of our peers are seeing it as a challenge). Had no interaction with staff, no problems, and didn't eat at the restaurant. Thus, cannot rate. Hotel was full but never seemed over crowded. Enjoyed our short stay.”
