“Excellent food, I have been in all the best hotels in Cochin including Marriot, Gateway, Le Merodienne, however, I find the Crown plaza food very professional and good as you would expect it from a 5 star hotel. Bed is very comfy, and the bath tub is excellent and facing the tv in the room. ”

“What wasn't there to like? I LOVED it! Luxury at its finest (especially after roughing it for a few weeks around India). The view outside my window of the backwaters was just spectacular. The bed...oh the bed... the pillows, the sheets and the mattress were so comfortable it was hard to get out! I had dinner at the Rooftoop restaurant as I had arrived late and was too tired to go out- and it was delicious. The breakfast spread in the morning was delicious as well with all the Cappuccino and Masala Dosa that one could want. The staff were so helpful and proper and ready to serve at all times. I took an Uber from the train station and later the next day another Uber to LuLu Mall before flying out - it is definitely the cheapest and most reliable way to travel around Kochi.”
