“Loved the location and close proximity to restaurants etc. We liked the Lounging area with coffee shop, it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were lovely With ample room.”
“Great beds and pillows, exceptional views. Staff bend over backwards to help when asked. Forget your sunscreen? No worries. Reception will get you some. Housekeeping staff always greet us in the corridors and take pride in ensuring that guests have clean rooms. We go about two to four times a year (and have been for nine years). We love it so much, we have to drag our kids out of the room (and then out of the pool). Seriously. Healthy options available on the in room dining menu. Great selection of movies. Great gym and pool facilities and kids play room some times of the year. Love the in room spa, slippers and bath robes. Love the toiletries. Love walking to surrounding areas, either for meals or leisure. Love the bike hire option available outside of the hotel. For avid photographers and ship enthusiasts like us, remember to ask for a room with a balcony. Even just for a drink on the balcony on a balmy summer night (standing room only).”
“The perfect place to stay in Newcastle. Great views of a working harbour and the location is close to many eateries and bars. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.”
“The bed was mega comfortable and there were lots of little extras in the room. Iron, robes, toiletries. Nice. We had a nice view after a room upgrade to the harbour side. There are lots of amenities you could take advantage of here if you had the time. Bikes to hire, pool, etc. Bags were brought up swiftly and with a huge smile. Thanks.”
