“Sorry for an average rating but I had a broken bed. It was too late at night to call the front desk to do anything about it. I toughed it out. In the morning I let them know the bed was broken and I had to sleep on a slant the whole night. No apology really given just a thank you for letting them know. I just expected a little bit more from them for something as blatant as a broken bed.”
