- The spa area can be accessed for a discounted price.<br><br>Please note that unfortunately the hotel does not cater for disabled guests (with or without wheelchair). The rooms are not equipped with disabled bathrooms.<br><br>The Panorama Restaurant is open from Tuesday till Saturday, from noon to midnight (summer season) and from 19:00 to midnight (winter season). Sunday brunch is served from 12:00 to 15:00. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.<br><br>The Söröző Brasserie is open every day from 12:00 to 23:00. The café is open every day from 09:00 to 20:00.<br><br>If you are travelling with children, please let the hotel know of their age prior arrival. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.<br><br>For group reservations different policies, additional supplements and group handling fee may apply.

“Location is good. Building is historical landmark of the city, really very beautiful , but it needs work. The most unpleasant is bad management. You can't get information about hotel at the recaption. They even don't know which restaurant in the hotel works which doesn't . Famous Hellert spa is disappointment . Such a beautiful place, but again stuff and manegment is a problem, nobody would tell you what you have to do to get towels, which are not free, shower cap, which you need in the pool etc. actually you have to go back and forth to figure out this simple things, and the place is big, with a lot of stairs , cold in winter, and you will be already in bathing suit still trying to get a towel!!! Clean line is very poor, people in shoes from outside and barefoot people in the same area, and then going to the pool. Do it takes some afforts to organize some basic service!”

Great view from the balcony over the river. The hotel is a little gem by the Danube with old-fashioned grandeur. I hope soon there will be plans for renovation to restore it to its full beauty, it would be a pity if it had to continue living off its past instead of proudly shining in the present.”
“We stayed at the hotel during the November weekend. The staff was very kind. The breakfast is excellent, continental, with a beautiful view of the bridge from the restaurant. The hotel's location is excellent. Nearby there is a public parking with a video control that costs 3000 forints per day.”

The breakfast was very good, a large choice of foods juices, hot drinks etc. Staff were efficient, polite and friendly in all areas of the hotel. We took advantage of the adjoining Gellért spa which was a great experience.”
