“The tower suite was very nice. Hotel is clean and modern. Hosts recovered nicely from bad booking mix-up by booking.com and were able to accommodate our 2 kids with a foldaway bed and crib. They seemed genuinely interested in making things right for us. They really seemed to care. Host prepared departure breakfast for our kids due to the fact their restaurant is not open before 7am. Eltville is a little tired, but still nice enough to explore in.”

“Location was perfect for doing wine tours and visiting Rheingau area (note: highly recommend Riesling Shuttle wine tour). Room was outstanding and had spotless, large bathroom. Staff was very helpful as we did not speak German and breakfast had large variety...eggs, breads, fruits, juices...basically whatever we desired. Our room was on top floor and we did not see an elevator so be aware there may be stairs.”
