“Cant comment on the breakfast this time as only went room only --but from staying in this hotel from previous holidays can confirm breakfasts are wonderful Our room was on the 17th floor and we had a fabulous view of the city The room had a newly refurbished bathroom with superfast and power full showers and bath Location made walking to Neved Tzedeck a few minutes walk to lovely restaurants and a few minutes further to Rothchild Even Jaffa was within walking distance”
“Do not stay here if you are looking for a good and pleasant hotel experience. Terrible experience, when we checked in they're generator did not work so we waited in the lobby with no electricity for 2 hours and could not get to the room because of no elevators (room on 21 floor). Toilets was not working for these 2 hours no water in them. We said to 3 different people we needed vegan food and when we came we said it again and wrote it in the booking, but there was nothing for us to eat at our stay at the hotel, the service was terrible and we left very not please with the hotel. Some of the rude receptionists was Natali and Dana.”
