“Heated indoor pool heater broken, water cold. Dryer broken until staff emptied machine, 2nd dryer broken. Room not cleaned when sign on door you put out, Sun is up and so am I. ??? Really, why give the sign. Room key card had to be replaced. Comped breakfast for inconvience, however, we chose this hotel for the pool to keep Grandson occupied..as did the other 4 families trying to brave the cold water pool. No microwave to be had!! On The plus, rooms clean, beds comfortable, friendly staff.”
“The King rooms (we had two connecting) were very clean and the furnishings were newer and well cared for. The bed was extra plump and extremely comfortable with very soft linens. We traveled with a three month old infant so it was important that the rooms were clean. The desk staff were very helpful in making sure we had a microwave at our request and the housekeeping staff were very attentive to any requests we made.”

“I liked the fact that it was very clean but we had to ask the cleaning people to clean our room after the first day which we shouldnt have had to that shouldve been automatically done everyday. The hotel room was very clean when we got there. The staff were not that friendly but they were not too bad i definately had excellent customer service elsewhere as far as that overall I enjoyed my hotel stay and being right near the shore.”
