“The air-conditioning worked very well. The desk staff was friendly. The front desk manager, Annette, was very helpful and friendly. Their door key card machine erased all the cards just before we arrived. The tech was there trying to reprogram all of the room key readers. Annette had the tech do our room first since we had arrived early. There was make your own waffles, egg patty, sausage, toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, toast and beverages.”
“The staff is amazing! Friendly and helpful. Annette remembered me from last year....remembered I was visiting my sister and going to pueblo feast days. The breakfast is very good. You can make waffles...there are eggs and sausage...bagels and various breads to toast...yogurt....cereals...the coffee was filled frequently and nice and hot. The hotel,is clean and comfortable. The location is great, with stores and restaurants within walking distance. Easy on, easy off the highway, too.”
