“The staff were exceptional at helping a family that had last minute changes of plans. (We were initially booked in a cheap motel down the way that turned out to be dirty and dangerous. This hotel gave us a very reasonable price even during the eclipse, and helped us get checked in, offered us eclipse glasses, gave us a free sit-down breakfast buffet at the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same people, and generally made our stay fantastic, despite our sudden changes of plans.) While the hotel itself and its amenities were nothing out of the ordinary, we were delightfully surprised by the extra mile that the staff went to in order to make us feel welcomed. The room was clean, the beds were firm, the cleaning staff was efficient and thorough, the Wifi worked perfectly, the continental breakfast was always ready early... this is a good, reliable option for a place to stay.”
