“This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was staying at a local boutique hotel and needed an extended stay. They were sold out & unable to accomodate my request. I booked this hotel last minute & was very skeptical but I was very surprised! This hotel was nicer, cleaner & staff was lovely! I will most definitely stay here again!”
“My stay there always. Nice and comfortable friendly staff”
“The room was very spacious for the Price . I stayed at the place next-door for a night as well and it was a third of the size. And everyone I came in contact with including the House cleaning staff, Front desk, at Days Inn we’re friendly and helpful. Only thing I could say if you’re going there for the free breakfast then go somewhere else. Fortunately there’s McDonald’s in the same parking lott which prepare breakfast all day long. For Chula Vista area this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for the price range”
“Convenient location close to the motorway. Ok bed Just across Denny's”
“The room was quite and did not have the smell of cigarette smoke.”
“Curtis at the reception was very helpful and checked us in and out quickly and kindly. There are no coffe machines in the rooms but they are available upon request from the reception.”
“Great location. Mall, restaurants, bars, transit, freeway's, everything!”
“The simpleness of the breakfast at home. Nothing fancy but sufficient. But how can you expect gold as you pay for copper?”
“Rooms were not available for an early check-in but the front desk clerk took our info and accomplished all check-in tasks except room assignment, this made completing the process a breeze when the rooms were finally ready.”
“The remote control for the TV didn't work. I went to the front desk and asked for a new one. That one didn't work either and the person at the front desk told me that was all they had. So I couldn't use the TV. A few weeks after my stay, I looked at my credit card statement and noticed the hotel had made an extra charge of $150 on my credit card. I called to inquire and the person at the front desk told me that they decided I had smoked in the room, so they charged my card $150 without telling me. I explained that I don't smoke and I did not smoke in the hotel and asked for the charge to be reversed. He told me to call back the next day to speak to the manager. I asked for the manager to call me, but he did not do so. I called back several times and finally was able to speak to the assistant manager. After a lengthy conversation, he agreed to reverse the charge, but it has not yet been done.”
