“The staff was friendly and polite when I called to ask about an early check-in and they prepared the room as needed. They upgraded me to a king suite at no extra charge. Bonus! The huge bed and giant TV made the stay comfortable and homey. Bathroom facilities included good water pressure, free toiletries, hair dryer, and a coffee maker. The Matrix shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel super silky. The free breakfast offered basics like cereal, bread and pastries, coffee, tea, juices, and you can make your own waffles. It's good for a quick bite as there are many restaurants and conveniences located right outside the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.”
