“It was a brilliant hotel very nice grounds and a short drive to major towns and cities”

“We were in hotel annex, hotel as a whole very cold, radiators were not on! Breakfast quite poor the Full English Vegetarian breakfast was just removal of the bacon and sausage!! Fruit juice at breakfast appeared watered down and a tiny jug of milk given for a pot of tea for 4! No brown bread at toaster either only crusts looked like a loaf of bread simply been emptied out of the packet!”
